Ford Dual Friction Clutch Kits

The Ford F1Racing Xtreme DF clutch kit utilizes an extreme clamp load pressure plate paired with a dual friction spung-hub clutch disc. The dual friction disc utilizes a full-face carbon kevlar material on the flywheel side to increase its longetivity. A segmented ceramic puck design is used on the pressure plate to enable quick engagement and hard launches without sacrificing flywheel material. The spring hub acts as a torsional damper to protect the transmission from sudden high-torque application. The Xtreme pressure plate has a higher clamp load than our Performance series, resulting in even higher torque capacity. We recommend a 500-mile break-in period.
