The BMW FRX Xtreme Racing Stage 4 clutch kit utilizes the Xtreme pressure plate paired with a ceramic 6-puck un-sprung (or solid)  hub clutch disc. The FRX Racing Xtreme clutch kit utilizes an extreme clamp load pressure plate.  This is an excellent solution for high horsepower vehicles looking for a quick clutch engagement and hard launch--perfect for drag racing and hard track use. The ceramic material is lightweight and has, on average, a coefficient of friction 28% higher than that of organic discs. The Xtreme pressure plate has a higher clamp load than our Performance series, resulting in even higher torque capacity. This kit is stronger than our F1 stage 4 Ceramic un-Sprung clutch kit.
